How does the credit model work?
Add credits to your account. Each exported clip costs ~$0.50. Throwaway candidates cost nothing. When your balance dips, top up again (or enable auto-recharge in V2).
What's a clip cost in detail?
$0.50 base per exported clip up to 60s. Longer clips (60-180s) are $1.00. Above 180s, $0.02/sec. Captions, brand kits, B-roll suggestions all included.
Do I lose credits if I don't use them?
No. Credits never expire. Top up once, use whenever.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused credits are refundable within 30 days, minus Stripe processing fees.
What video formats can I upload?
MP4, MOV, MKV, WebM. Up to 6 hours / 12 GB per upload.
Where does my source video live after I upload?
Encrypted in your account. Deleted automatically after 30 days unless you keep it. You can also delete instantly.
